We do our very best to ensure that the item descriptions adequately identify all pertinent information about the products you are purchasing. Many of our items are made to order and some are personalized per your specific instructions. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Once an order leaves our possession, we cannot be held responsible for the handling of the Post Office. If your order appears to have been lost during delivery, we will work with you and the post office to find a solution. Most orders are sent using priority mail, therefore, there will be insurance on your package and a claim can be filed for reimbursement. If your order shows as delivered, and was sent to the correct address, but is not delivered to you, you will need to work with the post office to track down your order.
When you receive your order, if you find you have something missing, please contact us right away so that we can get the missing item sent to you.
